Across our platform (site), our services help users explore and compare travel options from a wide range of partners, including, but not limited to:

  • Holiday packages

  • eSIM and connectivity providers

  • Tours, activities, and experiences

  • Flight delay compensation services

We may earn a small commission when users click on certain links and complete a booking or purchase via our partners and service providers. We do not favour any travel provider or platform over another.

3. Third-Party Services and Responsibility

Linked Travel Arrangements

If you use Cheap Holiday Flights to book two or more travel components (e.g., a flight and a hotel) separately but within a short timeframe (usually within 24 hours), your arrangement may fall under the definition of a Linked Travel Arrangement under UK law. A Linked Travel Arrangement does not provide the same consumer protection as a traditional package holiday booked via a single provider. In the event of insolvency or issues with one provider, the protections that apply to full holiday packages may not apply. You agree that you are responsible for managing each booking individually and are not covered by Cheap Holiday Flights or any umbrella guarantee unless clearly stated by the provider. Because certain services, search results, and technologies are independently managed by our external partners, we cannot guarantee whether such services or content have been influenced by paid placements, commercial agreements, sponsorship, or other factors beyond our knowledge.
